Personal Fitness Training
Personal training sessions last 1 hour, and take place at your home or office, and outside (weather permitting). All prospective clients receive a free no-obligation consultation that will last approx. 30–45 min, and will include discussion of your goals, exercise history and health assessments. All equipment necessary for your fitness training sessions will be provided.
My aim, as a Personal Fitness Trainer, is to make your fitness training programme varied and effective, and above all for you to enjoy yourself and achieve the results you want!
Personal Training Sessions are available at all the major cities of UK including Berkshire, Bucks or Buckinghamshire, Maidenhead, Windsor, Ascot, High Wycombe, Marlow, Henley, Bracknell, Cookham, Bray and others.
